Fall Changes

We’ve made some changes to Library News to make it quicker and even more fun. Like us, your time is short so we want you to be able to easily skim Library News to find interesting events, books and information. In the October-November issue we are highlighting book clubs, our easy access to local newspapers, how to better manage your holds, a tasty fall recipe, a Great American Read matching game, mysterious book recommendations, the fall 2Book Topeka selections and recommendations from our Facebook friends of books that made them cry.

You also have an opportunity to meet bestselling mystery writer Charles Todd, who is best known for the Ian Rutledge series. Charles Todd is actually a mother and son writing team – Charles and Caroline Todd. Mark your calendar for Sun, Oct 7 when they will both be at the library from 2-4pm to talk about their work, answer questions and sign books.
