pavilion signChandler Pavilion is located in a small triangular park space between SW Washburn Ave and SW Horne Street just south of the Topeka and Shawnee County Public Library. 

The sculpture/pavilion incorporates architectual pieces from the old Shawnee County Court House including gargoyles.
