Now you can see if a title is available as you’re browsing, without having to click through.

OverDrive addicts, there’s a reason you’re over the moon for OverDrive, right? It’s your go-to for portable ebooks and audiobooks and contains all the best titles to keep you coming back for more, even when you really ought to be doing chores or catching up on sleep. It’s okay. Reading is a perfectly acceptable indulgence.

OverDrive has recently made some changes to your reading experience. These are good changes – the site is now faster, simpler and easier to use. The new OverDrive features:

  • A better browsing experience. You can browse by subject or explore the library’s featured collections.
  • Borrowing is simpler. It’s easy to download the right format for your device. Easily customize your borrowing periods, and see and borrow all available titles, even if they’re not compatible on the device you’re currently using.
  • Quick logins and quick holds. You can now sign in three ways: Library card number, OverDrive account or Facebook account. When you want to place a hold, you don’t have to re-enter your email address – now, place a hold with one click.

See what else has changed by checking out OverDrive’s overview of the changes.
