Kids will rock out. Parents will sing along. And it's FREE!

Did you know all this music is FREE (with your library card)?

Every week, you can download 3 free mp3 tracks from the library’s website and our Digital Downloads service for music – Freegal.

Just log in with your library barcode and PIN, choose up to 3 songs for free — yours to keep forever, legally — and then come back next week for three more.

Each customer is allowed 3 downloads a week, so make sure your kids are using their library cards too!

If you want some fun music to share with your kids in the car this summer, I highly recommend Justin Roberts. His folk-rock musical stylings work great for background music, or you can turn them up and dance around. Favorite albums in my house are Not Naptime and Great Big Sun – both of which are available for free with your library card!

Freegal selections also include the Kidz Bop Kids, Cedarmont Kids, Dan Zanes, Shel Silverstein, The Wiggles, The Laurie Berkner Band, and tons more. Under genres, try browsing Children’s to get more ideas of music to download — for FREE!

What is your favorite kids music from Freegal? Anything you can recommend to parents who want to sing along with their kids (without going crazy when the song plays the ump-teenth time in a day?)
