With almost a million visits per year, is a valued resource for searching for books, managing your account, and researching and accessing services like Ask a Librarian, Recipe Assistants and Book Group in a Bag.

30 percent of library customers are visiting the site from their smartphones and tablets, and the redesign delivers a responsive, mobile-friendly experience. When life gets busy and your family is on the go, rest assured you’ll be able to check out or renew your books faster from the palm of your hand. On your smartphone, the first things you’ll see are big buttons to “check it out,” “download it,” or “research it,” putting our users’ top three needs front-and-center.

Even though the website will look different, on both mobile and desktop, you can still expect more of the content you love – staff blogs, videos, podcasts, event information, and of course books!

Some highlights we want you to know about the redesigned site:

  • Chat with a librarian online anytime the library’s open via chat, text, phone or email form
  • Manage your account, renew items and pay fees
  • Stay up-to-date on library news, reading initiatives and events
  • Read book reviews and other posts on topics of interest – from sports to weddings – written by our librarians
