  1. If I download it within the app is there a way to transfer it to iTunes still On my computer without having to redownload it there the sane week? Is freegal my only backup then?

  2. Jim, great question.

Currently, the Freegal Music App cannot export files to Itunes or any other software. The app simple downloads, stores, and plays the songs.

Here is the company’s recommendation, “You can download a song again for the purpose of having a copy in your Itunes and in the Freegal Music App.

You can do that within 2 weeks of your original download by accessing your library’s Freegal site via a computer, and accessing the “recent downloads” functionality on the navigation bar of the home page.

I have an Android smartphone, and I did notice that because the song is stored on the phone, other music apps have been able to access it.

The Freegal App is new and the company will be working on improvements.

  3. I have been trying to log onto the Freegal Music Website and they keep saying that my card number is invalid. Is there something else that I need to do?
