teen girl on a computer

In separate partnerships with Shawnee County Parks & Recreation and the Topeka Housing Authority (THA) the library provides computers and software for use at Central Park, Crestview, Garfield, Hillcrest, Oakland, Rice and the Community Center at Deer Creek (THA).

Printing: Free up to 25 pages

Computer time: Time varies per center. Computer time at the community centers is cumulative and is part of the Library’s total computer hours per day. So for example, if you use 30 minutes at Garfield, you will have 90 more minutes to use at the library.
