tax formsThe library has the basic IRS form 1040 available.
We will also receive the instruction booklets for the 1040 tax forms – delivery of these is not expected until after January 21. This page will be updated as soon as they arrive.
Forms and booklets do not all arrive at the same time and some may not arrive until mid-February.
The Library also has a limited  number of 1099-MISC forms and instructions available.

NOTE: The IRS has revised the 1040 form and will no longer offer the 1040 A or 1040 EZ form. All taxpayers will use the 1040 form – read more here.
