Tax Forms
Starting February 1st Packets of tax forms will be available from the Library for curbside pickup or in building pickup.
Our packet of tax forms will have all the tax forms we have available at the time.
NOTE: As of 2/26/2021 we are out of the Kansas Homestead Claim forms and the Kansas Schedule S forms.
We are also out of Kansas K-40 forms, but more have been ordered.

Free Tax Help
VITA – Volunteer Income Tax Assistance
VITA services will be done by mail in 2021.

Community Action
Community Action provides tax preperation at no cost to low income households. This service is available to Shawnee County households with an income level under 200% of Federal Poverty Level. Call (785) 836-4500 to make an appointment or to find out more information.

Kansas Taxpayer Assistance Center
All Kansas state tax forms (including the instructions) are available at this location. No advance appointment is needed to pick up forms.
The Kansas Taxpayer Assistance Center can also assist with filing Kansas state taxes (not Federal). An appointment must be scheduled in advance, at this link from the KS Revenue website or by calling 785-368-8222
