Include the library in your summer plans! Family fun, stories, art, music, games and of course the Summer Reading Challenge for all ages in June and July. Kids and teens get a prize for every 2 hours of reading up to 8 hours. Adults get a prize for reading 3 books and a prize for 6 books. Sign up for the Reading Challenge starting May 16 and start logging reading/books June 1. July 31 is the last day to log your reading.

Jingle Dress: Victoria Lafean, Ojibwe of the Turtle Clan

Victoria Lafean shares the story of the Jingle Dress using dance and traditional masks. Her story of healing includes information about her tribe. You will also have the chance to join the dancing.

Operation Wildlife 10am & 1pm | Amazing Arthur 6pm

At 10am & 1pm see a combination of four or five live hawks and falcons as we learn about their hunting habits and adaptive characteristics in this fascinating wildlife education program. At 6pm Arthur has studied many disciplines to bring the maximum amount of awesomeness possible! In addition to magic, you may see juggling, yo-yo tricks and jokes.
