Hold Your Meeting at the Library

Need a place for your organization, club or business to meet? Reserve a meeting room at the library.

Meeting rooms are free to non-profit groups. For-profit groups should refer to the fee schedule provided in the meeting room packet. The library offers the use of audiovisual equipment, technical assistance and stage setup for a flat fee of $25.

To book your meeting at the library, call 580-4495, email meetings@tscpl.org or ask in the Administration office (2nd floor). You can also fill out the online meeting room request form.

Our Events Coordinator, Bonnie, is here to help you customize our space and our service to fit your needs, from A/V technology to full meal catering. We offer meeting rooms to suit a variety of needs. Our meeting rooms can accommodate a 3-person telephone conference or a 300-person assembly.

Meeting room requests should be made at least two weeks in advance. Reservations for our Computer Training lab should be made at least six weeks in advance.

Meet and eat.  When you hold a meeting at the library, catering services are provided by Chef Doug Petrie and staff from the Millennium Cafe. He offers a variety of fresh, American-style entrees for breakfast, lunch and hor d’oeurves. Please no outside food or beverages in the meeting rooms.
