Memory Lab

Convert analog media to digital with our Memory Lab

We have hardware and software to convert your VHS tapes, vinyl and cassette tapes to digital using either Elgato software or Audacity. You can take a quick in person class or online class to learn how it's done. Then you can reserve a time for a Memory Lab workstation.

 

Equipment/Software

Equipment in the Lab

  • Video workstation - Windows PC bundled with VCR and ElGato video capture device
  • Audio workstation - Windows PC attached to both a Technics record player and dual cassette player.  Transfer of files is attained through the use of Audacity software.
  • Archival scanner - Epson 13000xl
