Cat Care

Last week a woman came to the reference desk and told me she is going to adopt a cat and needed to find out more about how to take care of one.  I walked with her to the Pets Neighborhood, and she was happy to see that we had several books checked in to help her learn about feeding, grooming, and how to maintain a healthy cat.  She also wanted to have a list of questions ready for her veterinarian appointment, and she found plenty of resources to help her prepare for that visit.  It was definitely a worthwhile trip to the library.

If you're thinking about adding a cat to your family, search the catalog to find the availability of the below titles. Remember the Cat Association of Topeka if you're considering adopting!
