Autumn’s been thinking about the books that made her a reader. In this episode of The Bookmark she puts Chris and Miranda on the spot with a surprise question: “What is the first book you remember reading and really connecting with, for whatever reason?”

For some of us lifelong reading habits started young with the books that caught our curiosity or made us feel powerful, even unfamiliar emotions. Our hosts share their reading memories and suggest reads for each other inspired by those early connections.
