Attendance at the bid receiving is not required. Those who do not attend shall ensure the bid is received by the Topeka and Shawnee County Public Library prior to 11:00am CST
TIMELINE OF BID PROCESS
- RFP Issued: Monday, January 5th, 2026
- Mandatory Site Visit: Wednesday, January 14th, 2026, at 3:00 pm CDT
- Submission of Bidder Questions:* Monday, January 19th, 2026
- Bid Receiving: Wednesday, February 11th, 2026 10:00 am CDT; bids must be received prior to this time
- Board Consideration of Award: Thursday, February 19th, 2026, 4:00 pm CDT;bidders do not need to be present at the Board meeting
- Notification of Decision to Bidders: Friday, February 20th, 2026 (via email)
- Project Completion Date: on or before October 1st, 2026

Dual Boiler Replacement at 1020 Washburn
The Library would like to remove and replace 2 RBI boilers and replace with 2 Lochinvar FTXL500 boilers.
