- Bid Receiving: Wednesday, August 5, 2020 at 2:00 PM CST; bids must be received prior to this time
- Board Consideration of Award: Thursday, August 20, 2020 4:00 pm CDT; bidders do not need to be present at the Board meeting
- Contract Awarded: Upon final legal approval
- Project Completion Date: as indicated by the contractor on the bid form; Substantial Completion must be achieved by November 30, 2020
