TIMELINE OF BID PROCESS
- RFP Issued: Wednesday, March 14, 2025
- Madatory Pre-Bid Conference/Site Visit: Wednesday, March 26 2025, 1:30 pm CST (meet in the Rotunda inside the Library’s front entrance)
- Submission of Bidder Questions*: Not later than Friday March 28, 2025
- Bid Receiving: Tuesday, April 3, 2025 at 3:30 PM CST; bidders do not need to be present at bid receiving)
- Board Consideration of Award: Thursday, April 17th, 2025; 4:00 pm CST; (bidders do not need to be present at the Board Meeting)
- Notification of Decision to Bidders: on or before April 18, 2025 (via email)
- Contract Awarded: Upon final legal approval
*bidder questions must be submitted to the Project Coordinator in writing, preferably by email.

- Bid Receiving: Tuesday, April 3, 2025 at 2:00 PM CST; bids must be received prior to this time
- Board Consideration of Award: Thursday, April 17, 2025 4:00 pm CDT; bidders do not need to be present at the Board meeting
- Notification of Decision to Bidders: on or before April 18, 2025 (via email)
- Contract Awarded: Upon final legal approval
- Project Completion Date: As indicated by the contractor on the bid form.
