Network Switch Upgrade Project
The Library has forty-one (41) CISCO network switches in seven network closets that are at end of life and need to be replaced. The goal with this project is to upgrade to new equivalent network closet switches, licenses, and peripherals.

- Bid Receiving: February 5, 2026 10:00 am CT; bids must be received prior to this time
- Board Consideration of Award: Thursday, February 19th, 2026 4:00 pm CDT; bidders do not need to be present at the Board meeting
- Notification of Decision to Bidders: Friday, February 20th, 2026 (via email)

Dual Boiler Replacement at 1020 Washburn
The Library would like to remove and replace 2 RBI boilers and replace with 2 Lochinvar FTXL500 boilers.
