- Bid Receiving: Wednesday, May 7, 2025 at 2pm CDT; bids must be received prior to this time
- Board Consideration of Award: Thursday, May 15, 2025 at 4pm CDT; bidders do not need to be present at the Board meeting
- Notification of Decision to Bidders: on or before May 16, 2025 (via email)
- Contract Awarded: Upon final legal approval
- Project Completion Date: As indicated by the contractor on the bid form; Substantial Completion must be achieved by
October 3, 2025.
