TIMELINE OF BID PROCESS
- RFP Issued: Friday, May 9, 2025
- Submission of Voluntary Alternates: Thursday, May 29, 2025 at 4pm CDT
- Submission of Bidder Questions: Thursday, May 29, 2025 at 4pm CDT
- Bid Receiving: Tuesday, June 10, 2025 at 2pm CDT; bids must be received prior to this time
- Board Consideration of Award: Thursday, June 19, 2025 at 4pm CDT
- bidders do not need to be present at the Board meeting
- Notification of Decision to Bidders: on or before Friday, June 20, 2025 (via email)
- Contract Awarded: Upon final legal approval
- Project Completion Date: Substantial Completion for Renovations by General Contractor are scheduled to be completed by Mid-September, 2025.
- Furniture Installation will occur at completion of Construction.
*Bidder questions and Voluntary Alternates must be submitted to the Project Coordinator in writing, preferably by email, and copy the Interior Designer. Bidder questions and Voluntary Alternates may not be submitted past the dates listed above.
