The work includes demoing the existing finishes, fixtures, ceilings, lights, and portions of selected walls; then provide new finishes, fixtures, ceilings and accessories. The renovation of the Room 123 Remodel shall occur in a single phase.

Board Consideration of Award: Thursday, July 16, 2026

Optional Site Visit: Tuesday, June 23, 2026 at 9am CST
Submission of Voluntary Alternates:* Friday, June 26, 2026 at 4pm CST
Submission of Bidder Questions:* Tuesday, June 30, 2026 at 4pm CST
Bid Receiving: Tuesday, July 7, 2026 at 2pm; bids must be received prior to this time 
Board Consideration of Award: Thursday, July 16, 2026 at 4pm CST; bidders do not need to be present at the Board
meeting
Notification of Decision to Bidders: on or before, Monday, July 20, 2026 (via email) 
Contract Awarded: Upon final legal approval
Project Completion Date: Substantial Completion for Renovations by General Contractor is anticipated to occur at the end of December 2026. 

*Bidder questions and Voluntary Alternates must be submitted to the Project Coordinator in writing, preferably by email, and copy the Interior Designer.

Bidder questions and Voluntary Alternates may not be submitted past the dates listed above.

Room 123 Remodel Furniture Package

The work includes new lounge furniture, tables, and chairs throughout the newly renovated Edge Remodel. Only complete Bids will be considered. Furniture installation will occur in a single phase at the completion of building renovations.
