Got a lot of time on your hands to study? Preparing for tests, boosting your study skills and learning doesn’t have to stop when classes are cancelled. Learning Express Library can help you study from home with online courses, practice tests and study guides that are always available.

You will find this resource under the “Resarch It” tab of our webpage. Enter your library card and PIN, then  click login/register to create a Learning Express account. This way you can save your work in progress, store score reports, and revisit any practice tests, tutorials or ebooks. You only need a valid email address to create an account.

Here’s a short list of some of the things you can do in the Learning Express Library:

• Prepare to take the SAT, ACT or other college Eentrance exams with tutorials, practice tests and online study guides.
• Prepare to take the GED with skill checks, skill builders, tutorials, flashcards, practice tests and online study guides. GED resources are also available in Spanish.
• Prepare to take the U.S.Citizenship test or get your green card with ebooks, tutorials, practice tests and flashcards. These resources are also available in Spanish.
• Prepare for job related testing such as civil service, postal, commercial drivers license, nursing and teaching exams – to name just a few!
• There are also practice courses, tutorials and ebooks for elementary, middle school and high school students. These can be an excellent resource for students working at home on lessons in math, social studies and English.

There are even more tutorials and aids for job seekers and people who want to update their computer skills. Explore this amazing tool and you’ll find it is a treasure trove of learning resources for all ages and skill levels.
