It’s the most wonderful time of the year…for dips! I don’t know about you, but I love dip-able foods. Chips, veggies, pretzels, graham cracker sticks. I love them all! With holiday parties coming up, it is a perfect chance to make some of my favorite dips! Here is one of my favorite dip recipes.
Creamy Sausage Dip
- 1 block of cream cheese
- 1 lb. Italian sausage
- 1 can of rotel, undrained
- Brown the sausage. Drain the fat.
- Return the meat to the pan and add the cream cheese. Heat over medium heat until the cream cheese melts.
- Add the rotel and mix.
- Serve warm with chips.
Tip: I have a dip-sized crockpot. You can just put the cream cheese in there and add the other ingredients. Stir it occasionally to combine as the cream cheese softens.
