Dip Time!

It’s the most wonderful time of the year…for dips! I don’t know about you, but I love dip-able foods. Chips, veggies, pretzels, graham cracker sticks. I love them all! With holiday parties coming up, it is a perfect chance to make some of my favorite dips! Here is one of my favorite dip recipes.

Creamy Sausage Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 block of cream cheese
  • 1 lb. Italian sausage
  • 1 can of rotel, undrained

Steps:

  1. Brown the sausage. Drain the fat.
  2. Return the meat to the pan and add the cream cheese. Heat over medium heat until the cream cheese melts.
  3. Add the rotel and mix.
  4. Serve warm with chips.

Tip: I have a dip-sized crockpot. You can just put the cream cheese in there and add the other ingredients. Stir it occasionally to combine as the cream cheese softens.
