Let’s all read together (virtually) this summer! Each month, we’ll pick a different book to read and discuss as a community for #TopCityReads Together. You can checkout the ebook and audiobook right away.
Each week on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays on Facebook/TopekaLibrary we’ll post questions, activities or videos related to the book. At the end of each month, we’ll have Zoom Book Discussions so we can all talk about what we liked, what intrigued us and what surprised us. You can also join our Facebook Group to celebrate your love of reading, chat with others and dive deeper into discussions about the book of the month.
The goal of #TopCityReads Together is help us all feel a little closer together – until we can safely physically be together. We hope in some way either big or small, we can create the feeling of reading together. Be sure to log your reading in Beanstack as part of the Summer Reading Challenge – read 12 hours this summer and adults will receive a commemorative library 150th anniversary notebook.
We’ll release the June and July titles soon. Watch Facebook for updates!
