New teen happenings in the Edge

We're offering an array of interesting and entertaining teen events in the Edge 3-5pm Monday through Thursday. It's fabulous to have the doors of the Edge open again with fun happenings for teens (12-18 years old). 

Current schedule of events in the Edge

Mondays have a rotating schedule of events! 

• 1st Monday: Writers in Progress (WIP) - This is the time to get writing inspiration and chat with other teen writers. Join us on the first Monday of the month for writing prompts and a writing community. 
• 2nd & 4th Mondays: Teen Art - Express yourself creatively and have some fun with art. 
• 3rd Monday: Anyone Can Cook - Jenn brings the ingredients and recipe, and you bring the appetite and desire to learn! 

Tuesdays

Digital Gaming - Let's play video games on our Xbox and Play Station.  

Wednesdays

Anime-ted in the Edge - Watch Anime, discuss Anime characters and plots, and do some fun sketches of Anime characters. 

Thursdays

Tabletop Gaming - Board games and card games rule the Edge on Thursdays. From Exploding Kittens to Fluxx to Monopoly and beyond. What is your favorite game? 

Fridays

While we currently are not open on Fridays, we DO have something incredible in the works. Stay tuned friends, it is going to be one of the coolest things our library has ever offered. It is safe to say we are super excited to get it ready for you and we hope you will love it.  See you soon!
