I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream!
The first day of Summer is upon us and I cannot think of a better way to celebrate the beautiful weather than enjoying a bowl of delicious, creamy ice cream! This is one of my favorite desserts to make at home, and I was so excited to find the variety of cookbooks Topeka & Shawnee County Public Library has for you to borrow. This is probably tied as one of my favorite ice cream cookbooks with "Sweet Cream and Sugar Cones" (listed above!) because the instructions are easy to follow and it is one I'd like to own someday.
