How to Make Sweet, Crunchy & Delicious Veggies

I've discovered the secret to making vegetables delicious – roasting! I promise if you try roasting your veggies in the oven you will find out how good they can taste. According to Chowhound the magic is in the caramelization.
In this article you will learn how to roast veggies and a cool technique to add some crunch that will send them off the chart in taste!
 

Sweet & Crunchy Roasted Veggies

Cauliflower, broccoli, and Brussel sprouts cut in bite size pieces
1 egg
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
3 TBSP olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350. Wash and cut veggies into bite size pieces and set aside. Add 1 egg into bowl and mix with a splash of water. In a separate bowl combine panko breadcrumbs with salt and pepper.
Dip each veggie dip into egg mixture and then into panko mixture and place on a baking sheet. When all veggies are coated drizzle olive oil over them all. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until veggies are tender.
