It's time to toot our own horn, because the Topeka and Shawnee County Public Library has been recognized as a 4-Star Library by Library Journal. Star libraries are identified based on the success of their output – circulation numbers, program attendance and community use of services. This is the first year that the library has earned 4 stars.
