The Gallery, though it owns the works in its collection, does not own the copyrights of the works. Permission to reproduce a work must be secured from the copyright holder as well as from the owner of the work. If you are interested in reproducing a work in the collection or using a reproduction, but are unsure of its copyright status, please contact us via email gallery@tscpl.org or phone 785-580-4515.

Personal, educational and non-commercial use of digital images from our website is permitted, with attribution to the Alice C. Sabatini Gallery, for all images unless otherwise noted.
