Alien Masters in Conquest

Earth has been conquered by aliens, the Illyri, who have brought new technologies to the humans, though not everyone is happy about being subject to the invaders. Some humans have banded together to rebel against them, and the Illyri strike back from behind their fortress’s walls, but even with the growing violence one young Illyri would like to leave the fortress.

On Syl’s sixteenth birthday she wanted to spend the day outside the fortress and in the town. This is the first book in a new series, The Chronicles of the Invaders, by John Connolly and Jennifer Ridyard. Connolly is a best-selling author whose books includes The Book of Lost Things and The Gates. This is Ridyard’s first book.
