Gallery on the Go: Kansas Visions

Oct 4 – Nov 29, 2019

While the Alice C. Sabatini Gallery is closed for renovation, we are pleased to partner with local galleries to feature parts of our collection.
In Oct and Nov visit an exhibit at the Topeka Art Guild and Gallery highlighting art from the library’s collection that was donated by the Guild over the years.

The Three Artists, Mary Huntoon, TSCPL Permanent Collection, Gift of the Topeka Art Guild

The Topeka Art Guild was founded in 1916 “to bring more and better art to Topeka.” Guild members organize art exhibits, teach classes, collect art and help each other grow and develop their artistic talents. This exhibit is a small sample of the Guild’s significant art gift to the library. We are pleased to share this collection and recognize the Topeka Art Guild as it continues to build the region’s art community.
