Consumer Reports and Travel

Did you know you can use your TSCPL Library card to access an enhanced version of Consumer Reports which includes travel information?  The Library subscribes to Consumer Reports online where you can review buying guides, airline ratings, and prices.

Accessing it from our website is easy. Visit tscpl.org/research and go to Consumer Reports from our list of databases. Log in with your Library barcode.  For travel information, click on the Money tab to access Airline Travel.  Categories to choose from include Overview, Ratings and Buying Guide.  Use the Overview tab to read the article about airline travel, which includes a link to their Travel and Vacation Guide and even more articles and reviews related to car travel, lodging and meals.

So, in addition to the Library's Travel Neighborhood which includes travel bags for popular destinations, foreign language phrasebooks, hundreds of guidebooks and travel DVDs, discover what long-trusted Consumer Reports says before setting out this summer.  It's worth checking out!
