The first-ever Neighborhood Fair is quickly approaching, and neighborhood associations, improvement associations and other community organizations will be there. Will you?
Reserve a display table for your organization (free)
May 10 | 10am–3pm | Marvin Auditorium and Rotunda
The Neighborhood Fair is a part of the Preserve Topeka project sponsored by the library, Kansas Historical Society and Topeka Landmarks Commission.
This is also your chance to present for 30 minutes on topics like volunteer activities, home improvement or the history and heritage of Topeka. It is the perfect way to interest citizens in your organization’s activities and services.
RSVP for tables and programs by April 25. Register below. If you have questions, please call 785-580-4510.
Look for historical and preservation-related events throughout 2014 as part of the Preserve Topeka project, which honors the 160th anniversary of Topeka’s founding. See upcoming editions of Library News.
