Today in art club we’re focusing on ourselves and our mental health. Recently I have been feeling a lot of stress and lots of feelings of sadness, confusion and uncertainty. Have you been feeling like this? There are many activities we can do to help us feel better. Let’s use our art skills to send uplifting thoughts and messages out into the community.
Find a beautiful rock in nature, decorate it and write an uplifting and positive messages on it. We will look at techniques for painting on a rock. Then we’ll learn how to spread positive thoughts and kindness into our community and share it with others.
