Anyone Can Cook: Hot Cocoa

The weather is getting colder and I hope for a bunch of snow. Cold weather and snow are two perfect excuses to drink hot chocolate. Who are we kidding? We don’t need any excuses to drink hot chocolate.

Hot chocolate mix recipe

2 cups powdered sugar
2 cups dry milk
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
marshmallows!
Combine all the dry ingredients in a large bowl. To give as a gift place 1 cup of hot cocoa mix and a few marshmallows in a plastic baggie or container.
Instructions to make hot cocoa – Mix 1 cup dry cocoa mix with 1 cup hot water in a mug. Stir and add marshmallows.
