Although baseball season is still going strong with the Royals getting hot, and hopefully making a march to the postseason, the reality is that football season is upon us. Training camps are opening everywhere and pigskin fever is in the air.
As you start to make plans to go see a game or two this fall, remember there are some local options. You don’t need to battle the traffic at Arrowhead Stadium. Here are the schedules for the Washburn University Football Team, as well as our local high school teams – with ticket prices that are a whole lot less than the $50 you’d pay just to park at a Chiefs game.
