Frozen mania comes to the library
The Frozen Party & Sing-a-long is Jan. 5 just in time to save parents from the stir-crazies.
(Topeka, Kan.) — Parents might not want to hear another note from “Let It Go,” but kids are still thoroughly obsessed with the global Frozen phenomenon. That’s why the library is embracing the craze and throwing a Frozen Party, 1-4 p.m. Mon. Jan. 5 with activities and a movie sing-along.
Kids can get fancied up in royal gear and come out for ice sculpting, snowman building and more icy magical fun during the pre-showtime, 1-2 p.m. in the Kids Library’s Dinosaur Zone.
Then the movie sing-along begins 2-4 p.m. in Marvin Auditorium, with Anna, Elsa and friends on the library’s big screen. Dancing, singing and pretending you have ice powers are all heartily encouraged at this event.
