Senior Fair Offers Helpful Information for Older Adults and Caregivers

The Senior Information Fair offers a one-stop-shopping experience for older adults and their caregivers who want to learn more about what the library and the community has to offer senior citizens.

The Senior Information Fair, Jan. 18 from 10am-2pm, is a perfect time to ask about how we can bring the library to you. Our Red Carpet Services outreach librarians work with dozens of older adults each week and strive to locate helpful information and services that enhance the quality of living for them.

Each booth offers information on various products and services available to older adults. Make sure to catch the action during a Wii bowling competition against Lexington Park’s Lexicats in The Edge as well as take a mini-library tour of our Red Carpet room and Health Information Neighborhood. The tours will start at 10:30, 11:30, 12:30, and 1:30.
