Yoga for Every Body

Monday, February 3, 2020 | 5:30-7pm | Marvin Auditorium 101B Adults

The instructor will demonstrate basic yoga postures and explain the basic modifications available to make the practice safe. The goal is to increase body awareness and mindfulness through yoga practice. Yoga can be practiced by any body type. Each class will start with educational information about yoga.
