The Kansas Chapter, AAHGS, meets monthly to learn about African American family history and genealogy, and to learn more about African American history in Kansas. We have various topics monthly and guest speakers and projects. This month, as we commemorate the first Africans in America, we will learn how we connect to them with Kathryn Knight.
