The Topeka and Shawnee County Public Library Green Fair, April 13 from 2–5pm, offers entertainment for all ages and eco-friendly ideas to incorporate into your daily life. Paper shredding and electronics recycling will also be part of the Fair.
Consumed, an exhibit opening April 5 at the Alice C. Sabatini GAllery, looks at history, ecology, animals and people in Pop Art-style. Charming and whimsical works of art by Justin Marable and Juniper Tangpuz tell stories about the past, present and future. Come in during First Friday and meet the artists.
