Great American Smokeout is a special day from the American Cancer Society to encourage tobacco users to make a plan to quit, or to plan in advance and quit smoking on that day. Find smoking cessation resources at the library in the Health Information Neighborhood at call number 613.85.
The library partnered with Oral Health Kansas to create a display that asks people to consider how much sugar is in their drink. Tips to increase Health Eating for a Healthy Mouth, helping a reluctant tooth brusher, and general Tooth brushing are included.
