For those looking for something to do March 7 & 8, look no further than the Kansas Expocentre which will be hosting the 57th Annual NAIA Wrestling Championships. There are four separate sessions, two on Friday at 10am and 6pm, and two on Saturday at 10am and 7pm. Championships will be decided in ten different weight classes, and an overall team champion will be crowned as well. The format is double elimination with the top 8 performers in each weight class earning All-American Honors. If you’re a fan of wrestling this will be an event you won’t want to miss, and if you’ve never seen a live wrestling match this would be a great way to introduce yourself to one. Tickets range anywhere from $50 for an adult to attend all four sessions, to free for children 3 and under.Individual session tickets can be purchased for as little as $16 for an adult and $12 for students. Check out the NAIA’s page for more information.
