The Topeka and Shawnee County Public Library Green Fair, April 13 from 2–5pm, offers entertainment for all ages and eco-friendly ideas to incorporate into your daily life. Paper shredding and electronics recycling will also be part of the Fair.

Get your geek on at our Teen Tech Week events as librarians introduce teens to “ancient” technology, like 8-track cassette tapes and typewriters. Our first techie event is Wednesday, followed by a hands-on program on robotics Thursday.
At the library we are committed to helping every child learn to read before they start school.
