Easter Bunnies Need Lots of TLC

Thinking about buying one of those cute, little bunnies you see at the pet store? Think a bunny would make the perfect Easter gift for your child? Before you buy, come investigate what it takes to become a good pet rabbit owner. We have a number of books in our Pets Neighborhood on raising and caring for pet rabbits. Here are two that you might want to read:

I’ve learned from personal experience that rabbits are not the easiest of indoor pets. For the sake of the pet, educate yourself before you buy.

Learning more about a pet before committing to owning one is a good idea. I read the House Rabbit Society article and I especially liked the “Make Mine Chocolate” campaign to encourage chocolate easter bunnies as gifts! Thanks for this information.
