    Learn basic crochet stitches including foundation chain, single and double crochet. Crochet hook and yarn provided. Connect with local crochet groups, check out library resources, find patterns and new techniques. School-age children welcome with an adult. Register at 580-4540.

    Registration required. A dedicated time to focus on technology questions. Please provide a description of the help you need when your register. Practice new computer skills or learn to use the library catalog while trainers are available to assist.

    Tomatoes are one of the most commonly grown vegetables in home gardens. The Shawnee County Extension Master Gardeners will talk about selecting the best tomato varieties for home gardens or containers, and tips on getting tomato plants off to a good start.
