Change coming to how you use your PIN
Heads up! New check-out stations, available May 6 as part of our check-out system upgrade, will require you to use your PIN to check out. The new check-out stations allow you to manage your account and pay fees. Current check out procedures don’t require a PIN. Now’s a great time to update your PIN so that only you know what it is.
Shhhh… Keep your PIN a secret
Think of your library card like a debit card. Both are valuable, and you don’t want others using it. Remember to protect your account by making your PIN something someone else couldn’t guess.
How to change your PIN
Online. Log in and click “Change Username and PIN.”
In person. Ask a librarian at the main building or on a Bookmobile for assistance updating (or retrieving) your PIN.
