Join us in the Topeka Room on Sunday, May 1, 2:00-3:00pm for a discussion of Kipp Van Camp’s new book Always Allie.

Topeka radiologist Kipp Van Camp has written his first book about the relationship between Allie, the family’s “four-legged daughter” and the other members of the family.  Kipp is the son of a veterinarian who has always loved dogs.  For his work, Kipp decided to focus on a career in people medicine.  When he and his wife Tracy were newlyweds they adopted Allie as a puppy.  She became the “big sister” to their two sons and was a loyal family member for 17 ½ years.  After her death, Kipp was compelled to write the story of Allie’s life and the lessons she taught him through the years.

Books will be available for purchase and a book signing will follow the author talk.  For more information please call the Topeka Room at 785-580-4510.
