If you are writing a paper and trying to figure out how to format your Works Cited Bibliography page, these applications will make your work much easier.
- BibMe is a highly recommended bibliography maker. BibMe lets you search by ISBN, title or author. You can format your citation from any research source (book, magazine, website) and for the four common bibliography styles (MLA, APA, Chicago and Turabian). You can even export to Microsoft Word!
- Citation Machine helps you create a citation for any format, you just enter the information.
- OttoBib will create the citation for you, but only if you know a book’s ISBN number.
- EasyBib will help you create any citation in MLA format, but charges a fee for other formats like APA.
- If you are using Microsoft Word 2007, the References tab provides a built-in bibliographic citation tool.
- And, of course, you can always do it the old fashioned way and page through the MLA handbook for writers of research papers or the Publication manual of the American Psychological Association to look for the instructions and examples you need…
