Daylilies are one of my favorite flowers in my garden. Daylilies come in a variety of colors and they are the one plant that survives my inconsistent care of them. They bloom from late spring to autumn and seem to look especially nice in the hot summer when nothing else is blooming. Daylilies also work in any landscape plan and that is why I think they are the perfect perennial.

On Thursday, March 24 from 7:00 pm-8:00 pm in the Marvin Auditorium 101C,  the Master Gardeners will be here to discuss and answer any questions you may have about dayliles. If you are new to gardening or just need some help with your daylilies, be sure and check out this program at the library. Find out all about the perfect perennial-the daylily.
