Help shape the health priorities in Shawnee County!

Recently the Shawnee County Health Agency, Stormont-Vail HealthCare, and St. Francis Health Center began working together in an effort to assess the health of Shawnee County to meet both regulatory requirements and get a better idea of how to improve the health of Shawnee County residents.

This group, the Healthy Shawnee County Task Force, needs your help! They want to know which issues require attention in Shawnee County. The issues picked are public health indicators that come from Kansas Health Matters. Each indicator is an active hyperlink so if you click on the link, you’ll see information specific to Shawnee County.

You’ll be asked some basic information regarding your age, race, etc. but all information will remain strictly confidential. The survey should take about 5 minutes.  Your participation will help shape top priorities in Shawnee County to improve the health of our community.
