The purpose of this event is to bring reputable health and wellness information and opportunities into the spotlight for the community to see and experience.

Kansans Optimizing Health Program
A highly interactice program where people of various chronic conditions come together to learn and practice new skills over a six week period to manage their chronic condition. Family and friends are encouraged to attend the workshop also. Mondays beginning June 6 through July 18, 1:30pm-4:00 pm, Extension Meeting Room K-State Research and Extension – Shawnee Co 1740 SW Western, Topeka, KS
Registration for this six-week workshop is $15 and is due by May 31.
