I love a good coffee cake and I think I have found one of the best. It is the Meyer Lemon Coffee Cake that is on the Martha Stewart website. You do have to use Meyer lemons which are not easy to find. Meyer lemons are a cross between a lemon and an orange and were found in China. They were introduced in the United States in 1906 by Frank Meyer. Meyer lemons are usually available from January through May. I finally found some at a local grocery store and tried the recipe.
