All Booked Up: What’s on Your Ereader?

Diana owns a Kindle Fire. Kathy owns a ASUS Transformer, iPad and Nook. They both love their ereaders, even though they do read physical books a lot (as you all know, if you watch their videos). They always love talking books, so we asked them, what’s on your ereader.

Diana is reading The Chaperone by Laura Moriarty and other books on marketing for her work. Kathy has followed up Cutting for Stone (see last month’s All Booked Up) with another tale of brothers called The Invisible Bridge by Julie Orringer.

It’s ereaders’ portability, light weight and capacity that Kathy and Diana love – plus they are just so darn chic and great for travel. Whether you just got an ereader or are in the market for one, the ladies are happy to talk in person and show you around our ereader demo station in our Reference Room. There we have devices to try before you buy.

Our librarians can assist you downloading books from our OverDrive service. Hundreds of titles are available to check out, and you never have to check them back in because they check themselves back in.

In the next webisode, Kathy and Diana review and rank The Chaperone. Stay tuned to tscpl.org for their book talks.
