<p>The bookmobiles will be out of service Monday May 20 through Saturday May 25th for scheduled maintenance.  They will resume their regular schedule on Tuesday May 28th.</p>
<p>Remember the bookmobiles will also be out of service Monday May 27th due to the Memorial Day holiday.</p>
<p>Reserved items scheduled to be picked up from a bookmobile may be picked up at the main library next week. They will also be available for pick-up at the scheduled bookmobile stop the following week.</p>
<p>Extra time for pick-up will be allowed to avoid reserved items being pulled before they are available at the chosen location.</p>

<li>If you look carefully at the scutes on the carapace, you will see annual growth rings. Count them up and you have a pretty good idea how many years old it is.</li>

<p>A tagged Monarch butterfly was released near Ontario, Canada and was recovered 4 months later in Angangueo, Mexico. The straight line distance between these two sites is 2,133 miles.</p>

<li>There are 26 species of pythons; the ball python is one type in this reptile class of animals. Pythons are constrictors, which means they wrap their bodies around their prey and squeeze them until they suffocate.</li>

<li>Ball pythons are one of the smallest of all pythons, and they only grow to about three or four feet long.In Europe, the ball python is referred to as the royal python.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>In the United States the name ball python was given to them because they curl themselves into a ball with their head in the center when they are nervous or upset.</li>
</ul>
