consider this: a pair of eyeglasses can:

  • help a child read
  • help an adult succeed in his job
  • provide an older adult a way to maintain her independence
  • give an entire community with more opportunities to grow and thrive

Donating a pair of eyeglasses is free for you and priceless for others.  Every day, the Lions Club recycled eyeglass programs do all of this and more.  Now you can donate your unwanted glasses right here at the library.  Here’s how you can help:

If you have used eyeglasses you no longer need, you can donate them now.  Lions Club accepts prescription and reading glasses, sunglasses and plastic and metal frames.  Children’s glasses are especially needed.

Drop off your old eyewear at the Lions-sponsored collection box at the Red Carpet public service desk.  Thank you for helping!
